Click on the meat to put it on the frier and cook it, and when it is done, click on it to put it on a plate, and then select the right sauce or side-dish, and if the plate is ready just like your client wanted it, click on it to hand it out. Again, do not leave customers hanging past the clock they have, or they leave and you don't get the rewards.
